Coaching

My focus is on leadership development and executive coaching. I collaborate with leaders, at all levels, helping them to overcome obstacles; build new capabilities, and create lasting, sustainable change. I have deep experience working with leaders taking on new challenges, as well as leaders who are engaging for the first time with Boards of Directors. Learn more about coaching and the particular methodology that I use here.

Team Building

Through focused workshops, I help teams and leaders become more effective.  Workshops draw on my own experiences, as well as certification in a number of leading tools such as Everything DiSC®️, and FourSight®️Mindset Problem Solving.  Workshop topics include:

Consulting

I bring unique and innovative insight to partnering with clients in need of consulting support.  As a senior executive myself, I have extensive experiencing working on a wide range of initiatives, including: strategy development and execution; effective governance design and implementation; aligning executive behaviour to drive change; planning for executive succession, and implementing lean management tools.

Through my consulting practice, I am also available to take on temporary executive assignments for organizations who find themselves needing to fill a senior level gap.  I can effectively manage an executive portfolio, or an organization, while you conduct an external search for your ideal candidate, or work to further develop an internal successor for the position.
